31OCT25
is his own soul
bigfoot is a whiz
at being free
he knows what is
AND what could be
he pays no mind
to the constant investigation
he refuses to be defined
by his situation
bigfoot boards his boat
it's always a wild ride
in the sky possibilities float
they are his guide
as his legend grows
and along he rolls
the one thing he knows
is his own soul
as we celebrate fear
on this Halloween
bigfoot watches from near
in the in between
but the rule he'd teach
in the dark as he haunts
is to truly reach
for what our hearts want
Happy Halloween !
