from behind a tree

the truth in glances

memories like glowing embers

a loud screamer
says the world needs
it needs more dreamers

don't have to be whiz

Today is the Smoky Mountain Bigfoot Festival in Townsend Tennessee. Unfortunately I am about 4 days into taking antibiotics and still experiencing some flu like symptoms. So I will have to miss it. For about the last 3 weeks I have been in the tri-city area. They have been running adds on the radio channels.

Today is also the Kentucky Derby. Good luck if you have picked a horse.

The keen observer may realize that I have listed todays events in the order of what is most important for all of humanity : )

Kwai-Chang Caine was a character in the TV series Kung Fu. The series ran on network television starting in 1972 for 3 years. It was a magical series that managed to teach a lot of life lessons about morality. You can still see clips of it on YouTube. A lot of people have purchased the shows on DVD. I am one of them : )

I have written in the blog about this before but I will mention it again. One of my favorite stories about the Kung Fu TV show is that the Allman Brothers Band would have to wait until the show was over to rehearse because Dickey Betts refused to miss an episode of the show. That story is kind of like bigfoot. It always makes me smile.

no computer updates

takes no drugs
able to resist them
has no bugs
in his computer system

bigfoot is mostly unseen
he is almost too quiet
no computer screen
full of blue light

no iPhone or android
or long term contract
while trying to avoid
any type of contact

along he rolls
in the birds & the bees
with a soul
full of peace

no AI or robotics
gets to swim the sea
tell me who's got it
better - him or me

I have an appointment this morning at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. Hopefully by the end of the day all of the issues with the posts being published and visible on Google will be resolved. I attempted several fixes yesterday. Late last night they seemed to be working.
