on land and sea
like the birds
eloquently it sings
I have heard
wisdom has wings
shines a light
hands a key
on the darkest night
on land and sea
it is to be sought
it will reward the work
for it to be taught
well that's a perk
the way of the wise
learning and knowing
helping others recognize
and keep on growing
help the mind small
get big as can be
like the one tall
there behind the tree
Enjoy your Wednesday. Smile as your dip your toe and swim in the river of wisdom today.
