keep your head level
at the Crossroads
because we know the devil
always collects what he's owed
avoid the baiting
you don't have a clue
he has been negotiating
a lot longer than you
the Crossroads they exist
really all over the map
waiting there in the mist
ready to spring the trap
avoid doing wrong
could happen even in Wisconsin
it's not just a song
by Eric Clapton & Robert Johnson
have to learn to roll
like bigfoot sneaking in the woods
learn to protect your soul
seeking only to do good
Go forth and do good on this Friday. And the smiling will probably take care of itself.
