Thom Cantrall passed away a few days ago. A Flash of Beauty did a video with him about 5 months ago. It is in the Bigfoot Videos section of the Drop Down Menu. You should watch a few minutes of it. I have watched it a few times and I know I will return to it again and again. He tells a lot of stories about his experiences with bigfoot. But the thing that keeps me coming back to watch it again is the calmness in his spirit and voice that is just so pleasant to listen to.

One of the things he talks about is respect for everyone and respect for the earth and the environment. That kind of falls in line with what we were discussing yesterday with the Sierra Club and the other groups. A lot of the bigfooters are getting older and a lot of them are passing away. We are very fortunate that A Flash of Beauty is able to do these interview videos so that they can share some of what that they have learned over the many years that they have dealt with this mystery.

and do with less
the bigfoot heal 
with energy they possess

every bigfoot knows

of the energy that flows
from the earth

The inspiration for this poem was taken from several interviews that I have watched that claim that bigfoot has healed someone with energy. You can watch the interviews and decide for yourself what you think. In the Drop Down Menu under the Bigfoot Videos section there are 2 blog posts that talk about this. Yesterday I finished the 2nd slide show video from the Red River Gorge Bigfoot Fest 2025. It is now up on the blog and on You Tube. Today I will start on the slide show from the Woodbooger Festival in Norton VA.

My brother called me with a color of the leaves update yesterday. He thinks that they are at least a week away from peaking. So it will not be long before the drone is back in the air over the hills, hollers and mountains of Appalachia.

I hope that all of your smiles are peaking this week. And I hope that they never come back down. Well that might be scary. Maybe I hope that they peak a lot in the future : )
