to be able to resurrect

have a new birth

bigfoot is unseen
a voice in the wind
that whispers this screen
is not my friend

says I'm Humpty Dumpty
up on a man made wall
says it'll all come to me
after I take a fall

says I have to connect
get closer to the earth
to be able to resurrect
have a new birth

I listen to sasquatch
his message is clear
and we both watch
as the walls disappear

Enjoy your Sunday.

count your luck

like a four leaf clover

bigfoot on the spot
no time to think
you had better not
take time to blink

no time for a photograph
to occur
they would only laugh
at the blur

so your stuck
until it is over
count your luck
like a four leaf clover

better to wait
for a while it is true
because fate
has just smiled on you

Enjoy your Saturday .

an exciting road

bigfoot is on the level
sees thru a clear view window
doesn't play with the devil
or appear to send innuendos

no lift gate garages
with cars used for money
no gift certificate massages
or jars of Manuka honey

no favorite little pill
enjoying the zest it gives
maybe the real thrill
is toying with suggestive

bigfoot's view is clear
true he sees
as he disappears
thru the trees

Enjoy your Friday.

with you in its coil

it's cold outside
warm in the house
out there bigfoot abides
along with his spouse

needs no apps
drives no car
they're able to adapt
to wherever they are

they own no Honda
bare feet on the soil
know luxury is an anaconda
with you in its coil

Jack up in the Beanstalk
he can see real clear
bigfoot is ready to walk
on out of here

Enjoy your Thursday. Make Someone smile.

keeping Elvis out of sight

take a pic of bigfoot there
a blur is all you've got
does bigfoot share
he prefers to not

as a host
he's really not that good
he's more like a ghost
in his own neighborhood

but at being a topic
staying in the conversation
he's like the tropics
for staying on vacation

managing his fame
casting a spell
it is a game
he does well

is he interdimensional
on the loose
is his fame intentional
seems more of a recluse

always strange news
long stares lingering tales
like Howard Hughes
long hair and finger nails

he keeps us in cuffs
tantalizes our brains
exposing just enough
to keep us entertained

like Bob Barker
on The Price Is Right
or ColonelTom Parker
keeping Elvis out of sight

Enjoy your Wednesday.

more than me

now there's traffic
in the sky
is it galactic
as it flies

it has gotten attention
all over the place
is it another dimension
or outer space

is it weather balloons
or is it ethereal
might as well be cartoons
trying to sell cereal

are you entertained
that they are appearing
when the government explains
it is not that reassuring

I hear the wind blow
through the trees
pretty sure bigfoot knows
more than me

Enjoy your Tuesday!

Poems

people say it’s all

in our imagination

have to open our eyes
on this path
don't be suprised
bigfoot uses a different math

we may think
two plus two equals four
it is time to drink
from a different pour

it's a new school
the lessons mind spoken
most of our rules
will be broken

walk its halls
get a good education
people say it's all
in our imagination

and really while
that may or may not be true
we sure do smile
a lot more than they do

Enjoy your Monday. I hope this will be a great week for you.

real life X File

under a tree put
a rhyme and a tune
you'll see bigfoot
no time soon

arrange your search
wide your mind bend
a strange church
you decide to attend

try to move faster
figure out and determine
the smooth pastor
an out there sermon

Jack and the Beanstalk
real life X File
will you decide to walk
down the aisle

Enjoy your Sunday!

he is the DJ

would be good to know
what the laws define
as the wind blows
bigfoot draws the line

to roam free
that's his biz
and only he
knows where the line is

it doesn't matter
it is his way
he spins the platter
he is the DJ

mystery he wields
in the birds and the bees
out where the fields
meet with the trees

and how much

take a chance
time to depart
more to romance
than two hearts

take off the gloves
learn to touch
learn what you love
and how much

clear your mind
part from the crowd
try to find
part the clouds

may have to run
from this place
to feel the sun
on your face

if you can't decide
where to be
maybe go hide
behind a tree

continue to roll
continue to roam
when you know your soul
you're already home

Enjoy your Friday. Make someone smile.
