our distractions

all kinds of nooses
they are strong strings
small the mind that chooses
the wrong things

the bell tolls
the whole day
well the soul
that knows the way

bigfoot has long known
& been able to avoid
the iPhone
& the Android

if you want to fly
in the meantime
try to keep an eye
on your screen time

Enjoy your Monday. I hope it will be a great week for you. Do not remain aloof from the goof.

NOTE: The blog has a menu with more video content. On a computer it is at the top of the screen. On a tablet or mobile device it is the 3 stacked slashes to the right of the word ASTRA. Enjoy the blog.
