know how to hide
it's how they roll
& how to slide 
down a pole

neither have been seen
wearing slippers
& I don't mean
that they're strippers

they tend to keep score
can bust a bad situation
they may be more
than just your imagination

beautiful as it unfolds

waves of the beach
roll from your eyes
as others you teach
to reach for the skies
