big footers of the past

if you are aware
it is insane right?
to know they're there
that they hide in plain sight

if anyone you tell
you become a running joke
even as many know well
how cunning they can cloak

they were called crazy
the big footers of the past
they witnessed something hazy
and other worldly fast

so do the arithmetic
on just how many see
or are there just more lunatics
than there used to be

worlds colliding

Gunsmoke & Bonanza
gun shooting & horse riding
George Castanza
his worlds colliding

bigfoot always peeps
it's like his art
even as he keeps
our worlds separate & apart

stays in his row
& always plows it
what we get to know
we know he allows it

it may be a dream
or our brains on vacation
but it really seems
he's allowing more information

so look at our math
is it correct & good
as he walks his path
& protects the woods

be your best client

all those belonging
answer the call of the roll
be sure to answer the longing
that calls in your soul

look to your dreaming
that could unlock
listen to the screaming
& all of the wood knocks

be your best client
set your soul free
like the big giant
behind the old tree

& don't forget
about your big friend
as you put your jet
into the wind

in his core
he & the earth link
he knows more
than you think

I have kind of changed the format of the post a little this morning. Maybe it is good to shake things up a little every now and then. I do not plan on doing multiple poems every day. But this is a blog about bigfoot so it may be good to not be so predictable all of the time.

On my way to the kitchen to refill my coffee mug I noticed a yellow newspaper clipping that I have had under a magnet for a long time. The magnet is from a skateboard magazine called Concrete Wave that has not existed in paper form in years. The article is from when the Courier Journal used to have a section called Body Shop: Exercise, Diet, Fitness and Health. It is written by Bryant Stamford who was or is the director of the Health Promotion and Wellness Center at the University of Louisville. I just looked it up. He left the Courier Journal in 2018 after writing the column for 42 years. He is now at Hanover College. The title of the article is Giving thanks has the power to calm, heal.

He makes the point that being thankful has real health benefits. He also states that it is important to realize that even if an incident that has you troubled only happened 2 seconds ago it is still in the past. And since it is in the past it only has the power to upset us if we pull it up into the present and dwell on it. Then he goes on to say that this means we have the power to start a new life at that instant that doesn’t include what just happened to us. For that we can be thankful and should express it.

That old newspaper clipping reinforces things that I have come across in my bigfoot readings. I have written in the blog before about Darryl Anka who claims he is channeling an ancient astronaut and/or alien. As you can tell by the slash mark my understanding of his claim and teaching may be a little shaky. But he did say that even if you did not believe his claim that you could still take from his teaching what would help you. And I really like what he said about that we always have the ability to start a new life each and every second. This means we are not locked into a situation or a pattern. We can break out. I think that is an ACDC song – Jailbreak. It may be an episode of Mayberry as well.

And we have gone over all the talk about vibrational frequency in the bigfoot conversation. And gratitude has a very high frequency. When you are trying to raise your frequency many of the people who know a lot about this recommend trying to think about things to be grateful and thankful for.

So on this Saturday as we part ways take a little time to dwell on some things that you are truly thankful for. And I hope that leaves you with a smile on your lips & in your soul & your heart.
